Activity description
Everglades National Park spans the southern tip of Florida, protecting more than 1.5 million acres of Florida’s subtropical ecosystem that is unique to any other in the world. Endangered species, such as the Florida panther, American crocodile and manatee, make the park their home. Boat tours of Ten Thousand Islands depart from Everglades City, taking visitors to explore the mangrove islands and catch a glimpse of the park’s abundant array of wildlife.
