Collier-Seminole State Park
Activity description
Collier-Seminole State Park offers a window into the natural and cultural history of Southwest Florida. Once part of the original route planned for the Tamiami Trail, the park now preserves 7,271 acres of mangroves, cypress swamps and rare royal palm hammocks. Visitors can enjoy activities including camping, canoeing and hiking. Educational programs run from December through March to teach visitors about the natural and historical significance of the park.
